Realtor Referral Agreement
If you send a referral to Inch & Co. Property Management, we will:
GET A REFERRAL FEE
You receive a $250 referral payment anytime a client signs a lease agreement for one of our communities or a property management contract is made with us.
WE WON'T SOLICIT YOUR CLIENT
We sign a contract stating “We will not solicit your client”. They are your client for life.
REFER CLIENTS BACK TO YOU
If your client wants to buy or sell again, we refer them back to you.
